The Opportunity
As a Child Care Cook with the Corporation, you will work at municipal child care centre that promotes a balance of stimulation and relaxation, which provides the basis for children's learning, development, health, and well-being. Children are valued as individuals that are competent, capable, curious, and rich in potential. Each centre focuses on children first, and aims to foster learning around belonging, engagement, expression, and well-being.
The Child Care Cook, provides meals and snacks, performs housekeeping and laundry duties, and assists with the care of children.
The role reports to the Program Supervisor, Child Care Centre and has the following accountabilities:
