The Opportunity
The Supervisor – Food & Nutrition, assists the Food & Nutrition Services Section to plan, organise and monitor all phases of food production and services to residents, ancillary programs, cafeteria, and catering.
The role reports to the Manager, Food & Nutrition Services and has the following accountabilities:

The Nutrition & Food Services team aims to provide meals that residents enjoy. A four week menu cycle is provided that features a variety of traditional and ethnic foods with a focus on preparing homemade meals using local food sources. Working closely with a full-time dietitian, individual resident nutrition care plans are used to prepare meals that provide optimal health and wellness.
